Bunde Codes Report in Hosted Solutions

The Bundles Codes Report in Hosted Solutions shows all bundles that were purchased at the kiosk or on the Mobile App. The report shows all codes ever created. You can easily see how many times a code has been used, where/when it was redeemed, and how many uses remain, and the codes can be easily voided. Document # 101-0338 Updated 04/07/2025

Log in to Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Codes > Bundle Codes <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/reporting/Codes#BundleCodes>

For bundles purchased at a kiosk (with uses remaining) you can get more information on them by tapping this little arrow.

It will show you where and when the uses happened.

Type "41946198"

You can re-send bundles from the kiosk by tapping this little word bubble icon here

Click "Yes" to resend the code

Click "Close"

This is what the customer will get texted to their phone

Purchased At will either be Kiosk or App

Quickly search for a specific item here.

If 'Expiration' is blank, it means the item has no expiration date.

'Issued' is when the code was issued (bought). Tapping the top of the column titles will quickly sort the data in ascending or descending order.

'Last Used' is the last time that specific code was used.

'Use Count' is how many times the code has been used. 'Max Uses' is how many uses the code originally had.

To void a code, click 'Void'

Click "Yes"

Click "Close"
