Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to "**Accounting**" under "**ACCOUNTING & REPORTS**"

Click on "**Invoice**"

Click on **"Other Action" Dropdown**

Click on **"Annual CAM"**

Select the **year** from the **dropdown**

Select the **property** from the **dropdown**

Tick mark the "**Display CAM Calculation Breakdown" box**

Click on "**View Report"** to finish up

Drag column headers into the square space to group them in "**Drag a column header here to group its column"**

The "**CAM CALCULATION BREAKDOWN**" would appear
