Click on the "Username" field. Complete the information. The username will be permanent and cannot be changed but it remains anonymous. We recommend you use your e-mail address as a username.

Click on the "Password" field. Passwords need to be at least 8 characters (letters or numbers) long with at least one lowercase letter. 

Click on the "Email address" field and type your professional e-mail address. Username and e-mail can be the same.

Click on the "Email (again)" field and type again your e-mail address. 

Finally, Click on the "First name" field and type your first name.

Click on the "Surname" field and type your surname.

Enter your "Index Number" if you have one.
