If you want to show a notice for all staff members to see, click "New Notice" button.

The Expiry field will need to be the date you want the notice to be shown for your staff members to see this on the Dashboard. For example, if you want it to be seen today, add today's date.

Click the "Content" field to add in your message/notice.

Click "Save Post" and this will then be shown on the chosen date.

If you want to add a note for yourself, click the "New Note" button.

Click the "Title" field to add a brief title.

The Expiry date will need to be the date you want this to be shown on the Dashboard.

Here you can then add content for your note, i.e. what do you need to remind yourself to do.

Click "Save Post" and this will then be shown on the chosen Expiry date.

You can also add a new Follow Up Lead by clicking the "New Lead" button. You would use this for your corporate clients or for an event.

You will need to give the lead a title, i.e. "Royal Mail Conference" or "Christmas Party Dinner".

Click the "Comment" to add in your content/reminder that you wish to follow up with.

You can add a category for the lead, such as, Party, Conference, Christmas etc.

Click the "Related Individual" field to link the lead to a guest in your property. You can either add an individual who has stayed with you/staying with you already or you can add a new individual to the database, by clicking the green + button to the right of the field.

Click the "Related Account" field to link the lead to a corporate account. You can also add a new corporate account by clicking the green + button to the right of the field.

Click "Mark as Completed" if you have completed your follow up lead.
