**Navigation** To open the Calendar click on "Calendar" from the main navigation.
    2
**Events by Team Member** Each event on your calendar can be assigned a team member. Clicking the checkmark next to each name allows you to filter your calendar by events for selected team members. This is helpful for comparing schedules.
    3
**Calendar** Your calendar shows all requested events (appointments) from customers as well as any manually created events by your team. You can create an event for anything but it is best used with the scheduling form to allow customers to request appointments with you.
    4
**Calendar Events** Each event can be hovered over or clicked on for additional information. They are also color coded (grey for unconfirmed, red for no shows, gold for confirmed and green for successful).
    5
**Editing Events** To edit an event, simply click on it from the calendar view. It will open a window like shown here where you can adjust customer information or event information. When your done, click "Save".
    6
**Adding Events** To add an event click on the "Add Event" button shown here.
    7
**Adding Events (continued)** Start by selecting if the event is for a new or existing customer. Select their appointment/Event date, duration, status and team member assigned (if applicable). You can also select if you want the customer to receive reminders or automatic confirmation requests. When your done, click "Schedule"
    8
**Quick Date Changes** You can **click and hold** an any event and drag it to a new date to quickly change the scheduled date.
    9
**Calendar View** To change the calendar view, select one of the available options shown here.
    10
**Adding Calendars** You can add a calendar for any reason, although most businesses use it to separate specific service types they provide such as Oil Changes or Tire Rotations. When you make a calendar public, a customer can select it as a reason for the appointment. To add one click "Add a Calenadar"
    11
**Adding Calendars (continued)** Add the name for your calendar, the max appointment duration and if the calendar should shown on your public scheduling form.
    12
**Adding Calendars (Appointment Services)** You can also define services available for each calendar, such as an oil change, hair cut, massage or tire rotation. You can set the duration and cost for each service. When payments are enabled, customers can pre-authorize or pay ahead for appointment services (depending on your settings). You can also later collect payments via a compatible card reader.
    13
**Editing Calendars** To edit a calendar, click on the gear icon shown here.
    14
**Appointment Payments** As discussed earlier, you can opt to allow card payments on your public scheduling form. To do so change the allow card payments field and set if you want to charge taxes and allow tipping.
    15
**Availability** You can define availability for each team member on your public scheduling form by selecting the team member and day of the week. Click "Add Timeframe" to set a period of time that team member is available for. You can add as many for each day as you want. When your done, click "Save Availability" before selecting another day of the week or team member. Repeat this process for each availability you wish to set.
