After you have accepted your offer, the pre-departure tasks will be triggered, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete them.

These should be completed within 7 days of receiving the offer.

Navigate to [app.unv.org](https://app.unv.org/) and log in with your candidate credentials. The tasks will be displayed on your dashboard.

## Download the beneficiary form

Scroll down the page to find the beneficiary form under 'Forms and documents'.\

**On the dashboard tab**, find and **click on the "Upload Beneficiary Form" task**

#### Navigate to the Assignment Details Page

- **Click "Complete"** on the "Upload Beneficiary Form" task. This action will take you to the **assignment details page**.

On the assignment details page, locate the **"Upload Beneficiary Form" task** again and **click "Complete"** to start the process.

#### Select the Scanned Beneficiary Form

- **Click on the file upload field** to open your device's file explorer.
- **Choose the filled, and signed beneficiary form** that you previously downloaded and completed.

#### Upload the Form

- **Click on the "Upload" button** to submit the form to UVP

After the form is successfully uploaded, **click "Next"** to continue.

**Click "Complete"** to finalize and send the beneficiary form to UNV for review.

- After submission, UNV will **review the document** you uploaded.
- If further action is needed, you will receive an email with an explanation, and the task will reappear in your UVP dashboard for you to address.

Refer to the email received after offer acceptance for instructions on how to complete the courses on <https://learning.unv.org/login/index.php>and download certificates

**If you completed the BSAFE course**

Click "Complete" on the BSAFE course complete task

Select the certificate file from your device. This is the certificate you received upon completion of the course.\
Click on the "**Upload"** button to submit your BSAFE course certificate.

After the certificate is uploaded, click "**Next**" to proceed and "**Complete**" to finalize and submit to UNV.

**Follow the same procedure for other courses**

Click the Update banking information task. This will lead you to the Assignment details page
