Candidate - How to Update Personal Information for preferred candidates

**1. Navigate to the UNV Platform and Log In Using Your Candidate Credentials**
- *Open your web browser and go to [https://app.unv.org](https://app.unv.org).*
- *Log in using your candidate credentials.*

**2. Click on the "Complete Profile" Task on your dashboard.**
- *This will open the profile update section.*

**Click "Choose" in the Passport Upload Field to Select Your Passport**
- Select the photo page of your passport from your device.
- *If you have already uploaded your passport from your profile, the document will appear here.*
If you are a National UN Volunteer and you do not have a passport, you can upload your National ID instead.

**Click "Upload"**
- *Note that if you do not click upload, the file will not be uploaded.*

**Insert the Closest City or Airport for Departure**
- *This information will be used for travel arrangements.*
- *If your assignment will not require you to travel, check the box "I will not travel for this assignment."*

**Click "Add Dependent" if You Have Dependents**
- *If you have no dependents, check the box "I have no dependents."*

Ensure you upload a supporting document, such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, or adoption certificate, for UNV to review. Only certified dependents are eligible for UNV entitlements as per [UN Volunteer Conditions of Service](https://explore.unv.org/cos/)

**Click "Continue"**
- *Proceed to the next section by clicking "Continue."*

**Click "Next"**
- *Continue through any additional steps by clicking "Next."*

**Click "Complete" to Finish the Task**
- *Once all required information is updated, click "Complete" to finish the task.*

After submission, UNV will review your information and documents. The offer will be issued to you accordingly.
