Navigate to [http://blm.mn/webtrac](https://webtrac.bloomingtonmn.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/SPLASH.html) .

Sign into your account or create a new one.
**Tip!** You may have an account from past purchases, even if you did not sign up online. Use the Contact Us form or call 952-563-8877 for account assistance.

Click the Canoe Racks tile.

Click the group of racks you want to view.

Click the desired rack. You can select multiple racks at a time.
**Alert!** Unavailable racks are marked with an X inside of a red box.

Click "Add To Cart".

Answer the required questions about your watercraft.

Read the waiver section and click the box that says “I agree with the above”.

Click "Continue".

Review the items in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout".
**Tip!** To add other items to your cart, click "Continue Shopping".

Select a payment method.

Enter your contact and payment information.

Click the box next to "I'm not a robot".

Click "Continue".

Your rental is complete. Check your email for confirmation.
