Copy the text from the top row to the bottom row (or retype it)

Click anywhere in the bottom row to select it.

Click "Translate" on the left hand side. (you may need to scroll down the toobar)

In "Translate to" select "Spanish" then make sure you select "Select text from current page"

Click "Translate"
