Navigate to your Canvas course.

In your Course Navigation Menu, click "Quizzes"

Click "+Quiz"

Click here to create a Classic Quiz.

Click "Submit"

Click the "Quiz Title" field to name your quiz.

Click "Questions" to add questions.

Click "+New Question" to add a question.

Click here to put the question number. In the text box below, type your question.

Click the "Answer Text" field to put the answer options for your question.

Click "Update Question" to save the question

Click "Save" to save the quiz.
