Go to Studio in the Global Navigation menu

After uploading a video, click the 3 dots on the video

Click "Create Quiz"

Name the quiz

Click "Get Started"

Click along the time of the video to place your question where you want it in the video.

Click + to "Add a Question"

Select the question type

Type in your question

Type in your answer (s)

Click the "Answer Value" field.

Click "Save"

Click "Done" to save your questions

Your video will now have a rocket in the corner if it can also be used as a quiz.
