Navigate to your Canvas course.

Click "Assignments"

Click "+ Assignment"

Click this dropdown and select External Tool.

Click "Find"

Scroll to and click "Canvas Studio"

Select the video you want to use (notice the ones you've made a quiz out of have the little rocket in the top right corner).

Click "Video quiz embed"

Click "Embed"

Click "Select"
