    Canvas: Updating Email Notification Preferences

    Click your name

    Click "Notifications"

    The column under your email will determine how you receive email notifications of things that occur within your Canvas courses.

    You have the option to receive immediate email notifications (good for things like students sending you messages), Daily Summary (for submissions, comments, etc), Weekly Summary, and turning Notifications off completely (You will still have notifications within Canvas, but will not receive any emails about them).
