Click "Studio"

Click ADD, to add a video you have. .

Click "Browse Files" and locate the vide on your device.

After the video upload, go to the course you want to put the video in.

Go to the page you want to add the video to.

When editing the page, in the Rich Content Editor, click the Studio icon.

Select the video you uploaded.

Click "Embed"

Click "Save" to save the video in your page.

Your video will appear in your page.
