    A PDI check can now be done at any stage after a Machine has been successfully received into the Dealer site. Select the machine to be PDI Inspected, we are using serial number 5555551 as an example

    Select "Machine PDI" option (New Feature) Users can now carry out a PDI Inspection after a machine has been Received by the Dealer. Users no longer need to carry out the detailed PDI at the point of Sale Tip: Selecting a machine for a Handover will automatically move the machine to the PDI bucket if this has not been carried out

    Select the Serial number(s) you wish to move to PDI

    After selecting the machine(s), click the PDI Inspection button

    Navigate to the PDI Inspections folder (also known as a Bucket) to view the machines you have selected for PDI

    Log into the MPI Mobile application on your tablet and select new "PDI Inspections" option

    Select the machine, you would like to inspect for example serial number 5555551

    Validate machine details, hours, Fuel and DEF levels and click Confirm

    Start the PDI. Important: - For any items that "Fail", it is important to capture photos or videos through the MPI tool. - For any items that are rectified on the spot, please use the "Corrected" option and capture any related photos / videos. Please note the PDI inspection template used in the screenshot below is a sample version

    Once PDI is complete, click Submit

    Once PDI check is complete, the machine is added back to the Site Stock on the Web client and the 30 Day Audit clock is reset to 30 Days. Completing the PDI check without starting a Handover is an important feature update being applied to the JCB MPI tool
