Select the Catapult EMS app on your device.

IF you do not have Duo set up, you will not receive the passcode prompt.

You will receive a passcode via mobile. Make sure you copy the code in the spot below and select "Verify".

On the top right of the screen you will see three lines for the menu option

Once selected you will click "Update Contact Info" or "Online Training Course" depending on what you are wanting.
