      Installation

      Visit the *Google Play Store* on your mobile device (Android) and search for **Cerner Staff Manager**.\ Download the app by tapping on **Install**.\ Once the app is done installing, tap on **Open.**

      Upon the app launching, a pop up will ask you if you would like to Allow access to files in your device. This is a common request from applications, please keep in mind that **if you don’t allow the permission you won’t be able to use the App as intended.**

      The following screen will appear, and you can tap the **“Settings”** button to modify the permissions manually on your device.

      Once in the Android Permission Settings (*this might look different on your device depending on your Android Version*) you would need to tap on the **permission options** and then **allow**.

      Set-Up

      Tap **"Enter Access Code"** to enter the code.

      To activate the app, please enter on this screen the **Access Code.** \ ***(This code is updated weekly, link for code is provided above in this document)*** Once the code is entered, tap on **Submit**.

      Once on this screen, enter your network credentials; then tap on **Log In.**

      ***Note:*** The app will ask you if you would like to set up a Security Pin that you can use to unlock your session instead of your username and password. To create your pin you can tap Create and enter a 4-digit security Pin. \ *This step is optional you can tap Cancel to skip this step.*

      Cerner Staff Manager needs to be **activated** on your mobile device and **linked** to your account. With your Jackson computer, log into **Clairvia Web (P19) or Miracle Staffing Home Access (P19)**.

      If you are not in a Jackson Facility, you may access the link below, from any device <https://jackflcvprod.cernerworks.com/ClairviaWeb/> Then input your credentials as the sample below:\ Username: pht_domain\\username\ Password: password

      Navigate to **Tools,** then click on **Self Registration**.

      Click on **Generate** to obtain a **Key.**

      Pay attention to all characters of the **Key.**

      On the Cerner Staff Manager app on your mobile device enter the **Key** generated.\ *Enter all characters as they are shown on the web.*\ When finished, tap **Submit**.

      The **Cerner Staff Manager App** should now be fully installed.\ You can now review your schedule, request PL, request Time to Work, swap shifts with your coworkers, among other functionalities directly from your mobile device.
