Click the "Search Cases (Patient ref or Case #)" field. Enter case details you want to find.

Once case has opened, Click "Edit Info" button 

The system then guides you through other case details, such as kits and equipment.   You can skip these by pressing "Next" to skip screens

Booking summary is shown.  Click "Save" to complete booking.
