Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner, then go to Profile

This will open a webpage with your user profile settings.
Scroll down to the “Call Handling & Voicemail” section and expand it

From there, scroll down towards the end of the section to “Hold Music” and click on the upload icon

Navigate to the O drive, Dialpad folder, and select "employee_hold".

Your profile will update automatically.
