Change OneDrive Icon on Your Device

On your desktop, click the "File icon" to open your files.

On your files, click to open the folder containing the files you wish to open.

On the folder you opened, you can see the *status* of the file(s).

To change the file status, right-click on the file, to open a menu.

On the menu, you are able to select "always keep on this device" to always keep that file on that specific device or "Free up Space" to save it on the One Drive cloud.
