This option allows you to change the "Ring No Answer" timeout, this allows you to specify how long a line should ring for before it rolls over to your "No Answer" setting.
Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.
Click the device you need to modify.
Click "Ports"
Click the icon for "Advanced Settings" on the port you need to update.
Click "Ring No Answer (Seconds)"
Click the "Edit" option.
Adjust the "Ring No Answer (Seconds)" timeout as desired.
This setting requires your device to be on firmware version 7.5.4 or higher to take effect.
Click "Update" to confirm the change.
