Within the "**Domain Name**" field, type in your support email.\

Click on **MX Lookup**. (This shows which **Support Email Setup** guide to follow: **Gmail**, **Outlook**, or **Other Email Provider**.)

If the [[Hostname]] shows **[[Google.com]]** or the tool shows "**Google Apps**," you will proceed with **Support Email Setup: Gmail**.

Similarly, if the **[[Hostname]]** shows **[[Outlook.com]]** or the tool shows "**Microsoft Office**," you will proceed with **Support Email Setup: Outlook**.

If you see any provider other than Google or Microsoft Office / Outlook, you will proceed with **Support Email Setup: Other Email Provider**.

Within the "**Domain Name**" field, type in your support email.\

Click on **DNS Lookup**. (Within the **Support Email Setup** guide for **Gmail** / **Outlook** / **Other Email Provider**, you will see which DNS setup you should proceed with.)

In this example, we can see that the DNS provider is **Cloudflare**. We will proceed with one of the below guides and during the DNS setup step (included within the guide), we will follow the steps for Cloudflare.
