Take a moment to find the MVP Member ID number for your dependents. You will need it to create a Child Health Plus account. 

You can find your dependents' member ID number on their MVP Member ID card.

Enter an email address you have access to.

Check your email for a account verification code from an MVP Health Care address. If you don't see it, make sure to check your spam folder.

Copy the verification code from your email, and paste or type it into the "Verification Code" field. 

Review all terms and conditions. Make sure to read all the way to the bottom.

Member Opt-In and Consent for SSO

In the event I choose to use a “Social Account” (defined as any software, application, program, services, internet or media platforms such as (but not limited to) Google, Facebook, and Apple) to log-in to and access any MVP Applications, I acknowledge and consent that my use of any such Social Account to access any MVP Applications will allow such Social Account to access, transmit, use and store my MVP username and password for any MVP applications and may permit any Social Account to collect additional information about me related to my insurance coverage with MVP Health Care, Inc. (“MVP”) or other data MVP may collect. “MVP Applications” is defined as any website, portal, application, program, mobile application, on-premise, hosted or cloud-based software or services of MVP Health Plan, Inc. or its licensors (collectively “MVP Applications”). I acknowledge and consent that MVP may receive data or information about me from any Social Account which I utilize to access MVP Applications, (including, but not limited to, my: first and last name, email address, profile picture, family name, unique IDs generated by the Social Account, etc.). Check the box next to "I accept your terms and conditions".


Click "Continue". If you cannot click "Continue", make sure you have indicated that you have read all terms and conditions by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the terms and conditions window.

Enter your Head of Household ID, First Name and  Last Name. Also enter your dependent's Member ID, First Name, Last name, and  Date of Birth

Create a new password, following the password standards on the screen.


Click the "Confirm New Password" field, and enter the same password you entered into the "New Password" field.


Click "Create". If you cannot click "create", there may be an error with your password. Make sure you have followed the password standards described on the screen.

If you'd like, you may link your MVP account to either a Google, Facebook or Apple login. Or choose "No Thanks" to skip this step. 

As the head of household you have the option to select the head of house hold account or the dependents account.
