Navigate to <https://cignamedicareproducers.com/Portal/Login> You will receive an email from [producerexpress@sircon.com](mailto:producerexpress@sircon.com) notifying you that certifications will become available in 5 days.

Click "Login" - **Returning agent**

Click "here" - **New agents**

Click: "Retrieve NPN"

Click "My Learning"

You will be able to see the **required courses** under "**External Field**" here. If you've taken AHIP 2024 and sent the results to Cigna, you should see the "Medicare Certification" marked as complete.

Click on the courses and launch them. You may need to enable pop-up blockers.

Within a few days you will receive an email with your ready-to-sell notice. You can send it to [support@sparkadvisors.com](mailto:support@sparkadvisors.com) to expedite an update. The email comes from [contractingmailbox@healthspring.com](mailto:contractingmailbox@healthspring.com) with the subject "Cigna Medicare: Welcome and Important Information".
