Click "Login" - **Returning agent**

You will be able to see the required courses here. If you've taken AHIP 2024 and sent the results to Cigna, you should see the "Medicare Certification" marked as complete.

Click on the courses and launch them. You may need to enable pop-up blockers.

Within a few days you will receive an email with your ready-to-sell notice. You can send it to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to expedite an update. The email comes from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the subject "Cigna Medicare: Welcome and Important Information".
