Clearing Cookies in Google Chrome to Access AbilityLMS

If you are attempting to login to AbilityLMS and encounter a Single Sign On page that says "Log in to CSU San Marcos Learning Portal," you will become stuck in a login loop and experience invalid login statements that prevent you from accessing the system. Follow the steps below on how to mitigate this issue. If you are attempting to login to AbilityLMS and encounter a Single Sign On page that says "Log in to CSU San Marcos Learning Portal," you will become stuck in a login loop (see graphic below).

If you are using Google Chrome, click on the ellipses to access your dropdown menu.

Click the "Clear browsing data… Ctrl+Shift+Del" option

Check the box for "Cookies and other site data" and then click the "Clear data" button.

Return to the [CSUSM Employee Training Center](https://www.csusm.edu/etc/) and click on the AbilityLMS Login button.

Login with CSUSM credentials and click "Login."
