    The information your Internet browser stores sometimes becomes incomplete or corrupt and can prevent access to Webmail, Moodle, or SAIL. Please check that you are using a supported internet browser for the website. Follow the steps below to delete your Internet browser's cache and cookies and that may resolve the connectivity issues.

    Chrome

    At the top right, click on More (designated by the three vertical dots).

    A drop-down menu should appear. Click on "Clear browsing data..."

    You will be navigated to a small pop-up that gives you the option to choose what data you would like to delete. It is suggested to choose all three options to ensure all corrupted data is deleted. Then, click "Clear Data"

    Close out of the browser and re-open a new browser session.

    Firefox

    On the top right of the browser, click on the three horizontal lines.

    Click "Settings"

    You will be taken to the browser's settings. Click on "Privacy & Security"

    Scroll down a bit. You should see a small section called "Cookies and Site Data". Click "Clear Data…".

    Select both options. This will help guarantee that corrupted data and cookies will be deleted. Click "Clear Data".

    Microsoft Edge

    Click "Choose what to clear"

    A pop-up will appear. Different options of data can be selected to be deleted. The recommended data to remove are Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and cached images and files. Click "Clear now".
