How do I retrieve invoices?

Navigate to <https://smu.eteams.com.sg/client>

Key in your login details and click on "LOGIN"

Click "Account Statement"

Search for the invoice by the invoice number (e.g TINV-23-000000)

Click on the Invoice Number.

Tip! Ensure that you have enabled pop-ups as the invoice will be opened in a new window.

Invoice will be opened in a new window. You may download/ print the invoice, if needed. \-END-
How do I retrieve receipts?

Navigate to [https://smu.eteams.com.sg/Client](https://smu.eteams.com.sg/Client)

Key in your login details and click on "LOGIN"

Click on "Account Statement"

Search for the receipt by the receipt number (e.g RC-23-000000)

Click on the Receipt number
