    Navigate to [https://smu.eteams.com.sg/client](https://smu-uat.eteams.com.sg/client)

    Alert! Please note that only POCs who are granted "Admin" roles will be allowed to add other contact persons.

    Sign in to your account.

    Click "Profile"

    Navigate to [https://smu.eteams.com.sg/CLIENT/Home/Profile](https://smu.eteams.com.sg/CLIENT/Home/Profile)

    Scroll down and click "Add Contact Person"

    Select the "Salutation".

    Fill in the contact person's name.

    Fill in the contact person's number.

    Fill in the contact person's email.

    Indicate whether the POC is granted the admin role. Contact persons who are admin will be able to add other contact persons and view all enrolments the organisation is sponsoring (i.e all branches/department).

    Select the branch/internal department that the POC is tagged to

    Assign the relevant role(s) to the POC.

    Alert! Please note that every client profile will require a default billing contact. This is to ensure that invoices will reach the relevant persons. All default billing contact are also indicated as a billing contact.

    All client profiles will require at least 1 Default Billing Contact.

    Indicate the Login ID

    Tip! We recommend that POCs avoid using email addresses as login IDs, as each login ID must be unique. Using email addresses could lead to issues, especially if the POC is managing multiple organisations with different UENs. Use a login ID that is unique to your department/organisation.

    Click "Save". An email containing the Login ID and randomised password will be sent to the new POC at the provided email address.\ \ -END-
