Navigate to [https://mgmt2.pooltrac.com/iDashboard.aspx](https://mgmt2.pooltrac.com/iDashboard.aspx)

Click "Edit Pool" to allow for changes to the Pool

In the DropDown for "Client App Enabled" Select "Enabled"

Click the "Generate Code" button to create a new code.

Select to Enable or Disable your Contact Info in the App/Site.

Select to Enable or Disable to Allow them to Report a Problem to you via the App/Site.

Select to Enable or Disable Access to Service Calls in the App/Site.

Select to Enable or Disable Access to Work Orders in the App/Site.

Select to Enable or Disable Access to Log Records in the App/Site.

Select to Enable or Disable Access to Photo Notes in the App/Site.\
This is not the photos in the Log Records, Service Calls, and Work Orders, this is the separate Photo Notes option on the PoolTrac Pro App.

At this point you can log into the following site to test the new code.

Click the "Pool Code" field and fill in your code.

You can now see what your client will see when you give them their custom code.
