Clone and Share a Booking Page For Each SE in Microsoft Booking App

Go to your bookings main page Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the kickoff call that you want to clone.

Click clone.

On this page, you will pick the services and the staff for the new call. Click on edit to the right of the services.

Click on the new service you created earlier, unselect all other services. Click update.

Now you will pick the SE that is associated with this booking page and yourself. Click on edit. (You will only have one SE per Booking Page)

1. Unselect all 2. Check the SE for this Booking Page 3. Check yourself 4. Click Update

Keep the settings box checked and click continue.

Now, you will add the details. 1. Enter kickoff call and add the sales exec's name. 2. Click on the plus to add a logo. Upload the same logo as your previous booking page. 3. Keep business type as other 4. Click continue.

1. People in my organization should be the default keep this highlighted. 2. Click on create, it will take a few minutes.

Your new Booking Page is now created 1. Click on Share

Click on the Outlook icon to send the link to the SE associated with this Booking page

Enter the salesperson's name, cc: Tricia Flannery In the body of the email, please let the SE know that this is the new link that they will use moving forward and they should save this new link in their browsers on their Surface and on their iPhone then delete the previous one. Also please let them know that the calls that were previously booked are fine and will not be deleted.

Complete these steps for all of your SE's
