**CloseOut is an optional BuildFlow Module that requires Company Administrator approval to activate on a project.**

Depending on you permission in your company you will see either "Request Activation" or "Activate Module"(If you are a Company Administrator).

If you are not a Company Administrator you will see this message once you click Request Activation "Activation requested Your Name on 08/11/2024".

If you are an Administrator you will receive the following message via email.

The following message is sent via email to the requester and Project Administrators, confirming activation. In the event of rejection, a message notifies the requester and Project Administrators that the module will not be activated.
