Code Liability Report in Hosted Solutions

The Code Liability Report shows you at a glance the total value of your outstanding codes over a specific date range. The report includes bundles, app purchases, app deals, rewash (single use) codes (any code!) Log in to Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Codes > Code Liability <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/reporting/Codes#CodeLiability>

Set the date range you want to see and tap 'Search' You can view up to a year's worth of data or drill down to a single day.

At the top, in a big green box, it shows you the total liability for all outstanding codes created during this timeframe. (liability per use) x (remaining uses) = total liability

If you know a specific code number and want to know if it's still on the report (hasn't been used), you can search for it here.

Quickly filter the report by code type: - Bundle - App Purchase - Receipt - App Deal - App Award - Rewash - Receipt

Tapping the top of the column titles will quickly sort the data in ascending or descending order.

Liability per use is the item's price.

Some codes have multiple uses (like bundles). Remaining uses is how many more times that code can be used.

'Max Uses' was how many uses were in the bundle to begin with.

(liability per use) x (remaining uses) = total liability

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)
