Click "Settings "
Backup Desktop, Documents, and Picture Folders
It's a good idea to keep your Desktop and Documents folders backed up to OneDrive so when switching computers these items get loaded where you want them.

Click "Sync and Backup"

Click "Manage Backup"

Click the toggle for each folder you want backed up. We highly recommend choosing all three.

Click "Save changes". Depending on the amount of data you have it may take some time to complete the sync.
Verify OneDrive Folder Selections
You can control which folders in your OneDrive that actually sync and show up in file explorer.

Click "Acount"

Click "Choose Folders" for your OneDrive Account.

To make all files available Click "Make all files available". If for some reason you have certain folders you do not want avaiable on your PC you can uncheck those specific folders.

Click "OK"
If you have synced any SharePoint Libraries, you can perform these steps for those as well. In step 8 just select "Choose Folders" for the appropriate SharePoint sync.
