    Once you are logged onto your ESS portal in Paycom, under the benefits tab, "2023 Benefits Enrollment".

    Select "START ENROLLMENT"

    This is your contact information, which is already prefilled. Select "NEXT"

    If adding a beneficiary or dependent, please have that information handy as you will need to enter that in. Select "ADD"

    Select whether you are adding solely a beneficiary or beneficiary and dependent. Enter in the appropriate information. Then select save recipient. *Beneficiary is someone or a legal entity that is designated by you to receive a benefit, such as life insurance. *Dependent is someone who is eligible to be covered by you under these benefits plans.

    Select "SAVE AND NEXT"

    Now, select whether you want to enroll in either parking or transit or both. If you are wanting to select per pay period, enter in the amount of your choosing. The annual contribution will automatically calculate and you will not need to input anything there "Parking" of "Transit". If you select the plan documents in the top right hand corner, this will open up our benefit packet and bring you a full description of coverage for our commuter benefits.

    Tip! You are able to reduce or increase your commuter benefits as well as withdraw or reenroll on a monthly basis if you commuter costs change. **Depending on when you make the change, it could be delayed by one payroll.

    EXAMPLE: Transit full overview with an annual contribution $500.00. **Please note, pay period amount will automatically calculate.

    Select "ENROLL"

    Review and finalize your enrollment.

    Select "SIGN and SUBMIT"

    Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive your pay card in the mail within 1-2 weeks. From there, you will be able to use that pay card for either Parking or Transit via an ORCA pass (steps below). If you have not received your card within that time frame, please contact Accrue Solutions at 866.517.7580.

    You may use our Transit benefit contributions to purchase an Orca card. First, you will need to create an account with Orca on their website at [https://www.myorca.com/](https://www.myorca.com/). From there, you will be able to purchase the ORCA card with the pay card provided by Accrue solutions using your transit benefits!
