Navigate to [https://companyon.app/home](https://companyon.app/home)

Click on the admin menu located on the top right of your screen.

Click "View Profile"

Complete your profile and availability. Your discipline and role are already preset for you, but you can change them. Note that the information entered here will be reflected in your online booking services (if you enable it) and billing.

Next, click on "My Business"

Add your business information and logo. The information entered here will be reflected in your online services page and billing information.

Activate online services (online booking, online forms, and patient portal), by adding the name of your business (up to 15 characters) and clicking save. This new URL can be added to your website so clients can book appointments, contact you and even buy products online. If you do not have a website, you can use this URL to promote your practice.

Next Click "Services"

You can either edit the default services or create your own by clicking on create service. If your services and or products require taxes, please click on the taxes tab and add them.

Next, click on "Templates"

Here, you will find all default charts and consent templates for your use. You can customize them to meet your practice's needs or create new ones.

That is it! You can now go into the client's module to create your first case file via the main menu and start scheduling appointments.
