Complete "Company Setup" Prior to Using Direct Mail

Go to the "Direct Mail" app from the waffle icon.

Click "Company Setup"

Click "Edit"

Enter the company contact information, as this is what will be shown as the return address.

Check this box if you want to mail to closed/lost opportunities.

Check this box if you want to override the default setting, which is to prevent mail from being delivered to the same person more than once every 30 days. **Note: Direct Mail Cadences trumps this default rule**.

Click "Save"

Upload the company logo here.

Click "Done"

Multiple signatures can be uploaded here. Once uploaded, select refresh to see the full list of signatures.
