Navigate to [Dayforce](https://www.dayforcehcm.com/mydayforce/login.aspx) and input your login credentials to log in.

Review your personal information and tobacco status and Click "Continue".

Review/Edit your Dependent Information and then Click "Continue".

Continue through each benefit and make any elections/changes you want for the new plan year.

Make sure you have assigned beneficiaries for your life insurance benefits.

Allocate the percentages for your beneficiaries.

If you are electing the Flexible Spending Account, select it and enter in your new **annual** election amount.

After you have completed all your elections, Click "Submit".

Click "Print" if you'd like to keep a copy for your records.
