    Completing a Financial Transaction in AIMS

    Navigate to AIMS <https://www.mybsc.ca/aims_clwindsor/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2faims_clwindsor%2fdefault.aspx>

    Select the support location you work at from the "Service" drop down menu.

    Then click the "Authorize Service" button.

    Click on the name of the person you are supporting from the SAFE system, or you can use the Browse People option

    Click on the "Personal Financial" link

    Now click the two blue arrows for the account you would like to access.

    Click on the "Add Transaction" button

    In the "Description" field enter the what was purchased.

    The "Transaction Date" will default to "Today" use the calendar image to change it if needed. Select the "Withdrawal" option from the "Type" dropdown menu.

    Enter the amount of the purchase, from the receipt, into the "Amount" field.

    Click on the "Select Files" button to upload the receipt. Choose the receipt from your files or photos if using the iPad.

    Ensure that the file has uploaded properly by checking for the green dot, a red dot means you need to try again.

    Click "Save" and you have now completed the financial transaction entry in AIMS.
