Navigate to <https://highfive.bestwaytoplay.org/>, select "Training"** from the top menu, then click "Request a Training" from the dropdown.

To begin your request, select the training format — either Virtual or In Person — then choose the training name from the list. Once selected, click "Next Step" to continue.

Please enter all required contact information for the person requesting the training, including full name, email address and phone number.

Please carefully review the dropdown list and select your organization. If you don’t see it listed, choose **"Unable to find Organization"** to manually enter your organization’s name. Once your request is submitted, HIGH FIVE® will review and add your organization to the list to make future requests easier. **Hint:** If you can’t find your organization, try searching using only part of the name.\ For example: search “Town of Minto” or “Township of Minto.”

Enter all required information about your organization. When you're done, click "Next Step" to continue

If "In-Person" is selected:\ Enter In-Person Training Location\ Provide the full training location details (e.g., venue name, address, city).\ Click "Next Step" to continue.

If "Virtual" is selected:\ Enter Virtual Training Details\ Enter the virtual training platform (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and meeting link or login instructions.\ Click "Next Step" to continue.

Select the correct language, training date, start and end times, and time zone.\ *Note: Times must now be entered using the 24-hour clock format (e.g., 13:00 instead of 1:00 PM).* Be sure to check the two required boxes to confirm that you are hosting the training and will enter learner information.

Enter the number of learners attending the training. The form requires at least 8 learners and allows up to 25. Next, choose the type of learners from the list provided. This helps the trainer understand who the learners are and adjust the training to fit their needs. Note: You may choose more than one learner type.

Set Training Visibility\ Select whether this training is **Public** or **Not Public**.\ If **Public** is selected, the training will be open to people outside of your organization. Individuals will be able to register through your organization and attend the session.

If you choose “Yes,” the training will be open to the public and listed on the public calendar. Please fill in all required fields. When all information is correct, click “Next Step” to continue.

If “No,” this session will stay private and only visible to your organization. Please click “Next Step” to continue.

Select whether you require support finding a Trainer and who will process the Trainer payment. If you need help locating a Trainer for a session, or if HIGH FIVE® will be processing the Trainer payment, a one-time $75 administrative fee will be charged. If you do not require support finding a Trainer and your organization will pay the Trainer directly, no additional fee will apply.

Before requesting HIGH FIVE® support to find a Trainer, please try searching for a Trainer under “Find Trainer” first.

If you do not require support from HIGH FIVE®, you can select your Trainer from the drop-down list. If additional Trainers are joining the session, please include their names and explain why an additional Trainer is needed. If the Trainer you are looking for does not appear, it means they are either unavailable on the requested training date or their certifications need to be updated.

Once the information is complete click "Next Step."

⚠️ **Virtual Session Requirement**\ If your training is virtual, you will be required to enter your “Tech Host” information and confirm that the Tech Host will attend the full training.

A Training Summary will appear for you to review. Please take the time to ensure all your details are accurate. Once confirmed, click "Submit Entry" to complete your request.

A copy of your training request will be emailed to you from [**accounts@bestwaytoplay.org**](mailto:accounts@bestwaytoplay.org). Once your request is approved by HIGH FIVE®, you will receive a follow-up email notification.
