For each Performance Factor, add comments illustrating how your performance relates to the stated factor.

You can attach any relevant documents to support your Self Evaluation.

Save your progress regularly. Once complete, do a final Save and then click "Complete" to finalize the document.

Click "Confirm" to send this to your manager for review.  They will receive an email notification from the system to login to review.

MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS

• Employee feedback will be made available once the employee completes their self-evaluation. Once complete, you will be notified and the comments will become viewable within your evaluation.

• To start, select the Expand All link to expand all sections and evaluation factors tab.

• You may add emails or documentation to evaluation and select desired audience for these files at the bottom of each tab

• Once you have completed the appraisal, select Share with Employee in the upper right-hand corner. This action will allow the employee to view your comments. Now you may set a meeting with the employee to review their appraisal together.

• After you meet with the employee to review and discuss the evaluation, you will come back to the document and Request Acknowledgement to have the employee confirm evaluation meeting has occurred.

For each Evaluation Factor, review Employee Comments, and enter Manager Comments.  Comments should provide detailed feedback for each factor.

Enter Goals for the Coming Year.  Use the SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Based).

Enter any remaining comments or summary of evaluation.

Save your work periodically. Once you are ready to send to your employee, click "Share with Employee". Confirm.

Once reviewed with employee, send for signature by Clicking "Request Acknowledgement", "Request Acknowledgment", Confirm.

Your employee will receive a system email to login to review.
