    Click on the incoming call box to open the call controls (or answer the call as you normally would)

    Click "Hold" on the bottom call control bar

    Click "Make a call" (phone icon in the top left)

    Type the name or number you want to conference in, then click on the phone icon on the right or press ENTER (ie Language Line, 8508337411, etc)

    On the original call, click on the 3 dots

    Click "Merge"

    In the bottom call controls, you should now see "Group Call" with all parties on the call.
