      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select menuPick
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Occupancy"

      Add an Occupancy

      Click "Add Occupacy"
      Select the hospitals the occupancy can be used at
      Enter the occupancy name
      Enter the occupancy abbreviation. This will appear on the printed menu cards. If you aren't using menu cards, you don't need to enter an abbreviation.
      Use the "Accept Orders" toggle to mark whether the occupancy allows orders to be placed or not. Choosing "YES" means all beds with this occupancy must place an order. Choosing "NO" means no orders are required for beds with this occupancy.
      Choose whether a patient in the bed for the occupancy. \ \ In this example, our occupancy is "Texture", meaning the patient needs a textured meal. As there is patient in the bed, we choose "YES".\ \ For a status like "Empty", we would set this to "NO"
      Some trusts allow patients to place their own food orders. Use the "POS Bed Order" toggle to mark whether the occupancy can be used in this process
      Choose whether or not the occupancy is "Active". Inactive occupancies won't show on the patient order screens
      You can choose to add an "Icon Type" to the occupancy. This icon will appear on the printed menu cards. If you choose "Image" you'll need to upload the image, and if you choose "Symbol" you'll select a symbol and colour. If you choose "None", you don't need to do anything. If you aren't using menu cards, you don't need to enter an icon or symbol
      Click "Save"

      Delete an Occupancy

      Click "X"
      You can only delete an occupancy if it isn't currently be used by any beds in the system. If it is, you'll have to change the status for these beds or make the status inactive instead
