    Configure Live-class for Portal E-Classroom (Using An External Meeting Platform)

    Access the E-Class

    Sign in to your school school portal as an admin or teacher/instructor

    Click the "e-Class" icon at the lower right of the screen to access the list of subjects/courses' E-Class list.\ \ Alternatively, you can navigate to the menu "E-CLASS >> Virtual Classroom" to access same E-Class list.

    In the list displayed, find and click the subject/course you want to access its E-Class space

    Click the "Live Class" tab to switch to it

    Configure Live Class

    Click "Configure Live Class"

    Select the Meeting Platform you're using to host the live class sessions

    Copy the Group or Meeting Link which you created at the selected platform and paste it in the 'Group/Meeting Link' input field

    If there's a Meeting ID associated with the meeting you created, copy it and paste in the "Meeting ID" input field

    If there's a Meeting Password associated with the meeting you created, copy it and paste in the "Password" input field

    Click "Save"

    Manage Live Class Configurations (Add New, Edit, Delete)

    Navigate to the E-Class space of the subject/course, and then switch to the 'Live Class' tab

    Click the options button at the top-left area of the Live Class tab

    Click "Live Class Config"

    Click "Add New" to add a new live-class meeting link (and details)

    To enable or disable a meeting link, click its corresponding *Status Switch button*

    To delete a meeting link, click its corresponding *Delete button*

    Click "Yes. Delete" in the confirmation box
