    Configuring Thermometer & Setting Temperature Preferences

      First, make sure your Thermometer is plugged in to the Kiosk. Then, make sure our Thermometer is set-up correctly in the Dashboard. Click "Settings"

      Click "Kiosks"

      Click the box next to your Kiosk's name and click "Edit"

      If you want the temperature to be automatically taken, click "Auto Capture" for "Thermometer Type" Checking "Manual" means the user will have to manually type in their temperature during sign-in, rather than letting the thermometer take the temperature.

      Click the button next to the thermometer that best visually represents the one you were provided.

      Now we'll put in our temperature capture parameters. Click 'Settings" and "Screening Questions"

      Click "Body Temperature"

      Under the "Capture body temperature during sign in for:" field, check the box next to every visitor type you want to capture temperatures for during sign-in.

      Ensure your Scale is set appropriately to either Fahrenheit or Celsius.

      For step number 5, put in your temperature threshold. When this number (or higher) is captured by the thermometer, there will be a message on the Kiosk screen that will stop this person from signing in.

      You can view screening & temperature data under the "Reports" tab through the "Screening Questions Log" and the "Body Temperature Log"
