Configuring template contracts for HubSpot

Click on the workspace name and open settings

Select the Integrations card

Open the HubSpot card

Navigate to the Setup section

Click on 'Add Integration'

Click on 'Next'

Select the required template from your list

Set the priority of actions that can be taken on this template. You can hide any action that users should not take

You can disallow edits to the template questionnaire and click on 'Next'

Select the contract format options you want to allow while sending contracts via HubSpot

Uncheck this box if you don't want HubSpot users to make edits to the template questions

Click on 'Next'

Map contract data that needs to be auto-filled from HubSpot properties into the contract

Select the HubSpot property and the corresponding SpotDraft fields

Click the "Choose an option" field.

Add new mappings as required to fill all the field in the contract template
