Confirm Aetna State Appointments

The Spark Team does not have visibility into your state appointments in our carrier portal. To update additional state appointments in your account manually, please follow the below steps to send us the states you have appointments in from your Aetna account.

Navigate to [https://www.aetna.com/insurance-producer.html](https://www.aetna.com/insurance-producer.html)

Click "Login"

Click "Agents/Brokers"

Enter your login credentials and click "Login"

Click "Individual Medicare"

Click this dropdown. Select "Verify your ready-to-sell status"

States that are RTS will be purple - Confirm they provide the right year at the top of the map. Please send a screenshot to the Spark team that includes the whole map to expedite states outside of your resident state.
