Connect a Contact to your CRM- Sales Copilot

Click "Outlook Email Desktop App.".

Click the email you want to work on sales copilot.

Click "Home".

Click "Sales Copilot".

In sales copilot select "Highlights".

Click "Add contact".

Fill out contact information.

Click "Save".

If the email address you entered matches multiple contacts in the CRM, you must manually select and connect to the correct CRM contact.

Select the contact you want to connect to.

If the email address you entered doesn’t match any of the contacts in your CRM, select create contact.
