***From within one of your inbound emails in Outlook***,

- Click the icon to access the apps you added into Outlook.

Click the Confirmed icon to **open the Confirmed pane in Outlook**.

Click the pushpin icon to **pin the Confirmed pane to the Outlook folder** you are currently using. The icon will change to indicate it is pinned.

If you haven't yet logged into your Confirmed account, Sign in now.

The next screen you see while signing into your Confirmed account. 

**Click \[Allow\]**.

**Click "Continue".** Next, you'll log into your Confirmed account.

While logged into your Confirmed account and with the Confirmed pane pinned open, **click the "Connect" tab to access Confirmed Connect**.

**Sign into your Salesforce account** so it will be able to take the items you want to send there from Outlook.

**Click \[Allow\]** to give Outlook permission to display a window that can access Salesforce.

**Click "Continue"** to go to your Salesforce login.

How to connect Confirmed Connect to your Salesforce account. It's as simple as logging into your Salesforce account from within Confirmed Connect that has already been added to your Outlook account.
