Setting up a Long Code Sender ID in Ortto

Once you land on your Ortto Dashboard, click on 'Settings'

Under the Settings menu, select the 'SMS' option

On the 'SMS Setup' page, select the 'SMS Numbers' option

Click on the 'New Number' button to add your sender ID

You will now see a dialog box open similar to this where you will be able to enter your Sender Address

Open a new tab and login to your Tall Bob account. Click on the 'Settings' icon then select the 'SMS Settings' menu option.

On the SMS Settings page, select the 'Sender IDs' dropdown

Click on the Sender ID you want to use and copy the number

Switch back to the Ortto tab and paste the copied Sender ID. Click 'Submit' to finalise the set up.
