At the end of the process you can quickly find the groups associated with your page by going to the "More Section" and then clicking on the "Groups" option.
    2
Let's walk through it to add a class group to the page. Click the "Search Facebook" field and in this example let's search for the Class of 2024. (It is not in use and about to be deleted, so I know it is not currently in my list of groups.)
    3
I found the group using the Facebook search bar. Note that it says "Your Group" because the school is an admin, not because it is already attached to the page.
    4
Click on the group to open it, and then scroll down on the left to "Group settings".
    5
Click "Edit group affiliation" and, again, you can see this group currently has no affiliation with any group.
    6
Click this checkbox to turn on group affiliation.
    7
The options will populate so if your school page is an admin for the group, it will show up here. Notice it defaulted to my personal page so I need to change that to the school page.
    8
Click "Save"\ Side note -For those of you who don't allow pages to join your groups-we don't either. I manually change that setting to invite our school if we weren't the original group creator. As soon as the school is a member and an admin, I turn of the setting that allows pages to request to join.
    9
I'm going to click "LCCS Class of 2024" to refresh the page now that I saved the group affiliation.
    10
You can see right under the cover photo that the group is now associated with our school. Now lets view it from our school page. Click the page name that is now affiliated with the group, or "LCCS - Lake Country Christian School" for this example.
    11
Tip-You can move or delete these sections later. I don't need to show "More" and then a second slide that shows "Groups"...
    12
    Click "Groups"
    13
All the groups associated with your school will show up here! You can now see my "Class of 2024" group in the list. This is great for new families if you have several groups like we do, they can select their interests. Disclaimer - Thanks to the amazing feedback I received from Andrea and others at her Mastermind Retreat, I am turning over all class groups to the parents! We do have a note on all these groups that they are not official communication channels and are not controlled by the school. They were started merely as a way for parents to share photos, birthday invites, etc. in a private group. I have just removed our logos from those groups as we withdraw from the process. Groups like our fan pages are to have a central streaming link for away games when needed.

That's it! You can reorder or delete slides. This is free version. You can pay to have a mobile option or to customize slides. Once you save your Scribe you can share the link with anyone. Think like Canva, you can have settings set to private or you can make your Scribes public for your team to access.
